What is Rhetoric?


Rhetoric is a persuasive form of writing or speech, using literary devices, pathos/ethos/logos, through language use, with an underlying theme that you want your audience to act on or towards. We chose to analyze the Gettysburg Address which is a persuasive speech from Abe Lincoln in 1863 for people to rally together the people of America.
